Jason Settle is married to Elizabeth, and they have two young adult children, Emily and Ethan. He currently resides in the DFW, Texas area. Jason loves to travel, stay active, serve at his local church, teach and train, and explore new date night spots with Elizabeth.
With over 25 years of combined experience in pastoral and corporate leadership, Jason is seasoned in developing dynamic teams, cultivating transformative leadership strategies, and caring for and counseling people. Drawing from 15 years of leading and pastoring in the church space, Jason blends values-driven principles with the precision of corporate leadership honed over the past decade. His unique philosophy—“leading the human, not just the employee”—resonates with audiences seeking a holistic and empowering approach to leadership.

Alan Smith
With over 25 years in pastoral ministry, Alan gently guides individuals and couples toward lasting transformation rooted in the grace of God revealed in Jesus and experienced through God’s presence and voice. He believes our past often trains us in fear and disconnection, but the Holy Spirit empowers us toward perfect love. Alan finds profound joy in helping others discern God's voice, experience His transforming love, and confidently live into their true identity.
Amy Alise
Amy Alise is a Biblical Counselor at SettledCo, where she brings over a decade of ministry and counseling experience to her role. She began serving in this capacity in 2024, building on years of work on staff at a local church. Amy holds a degree in Psychology from Louisiana State University and has faithfully served in various roles ministering to widows, single parents, families, and women. She has walked alongside individuals and families through grief, loss, marriage struggles, fertility challenges, and other difficult seasons of life.
Amy has also held leadership positions throughout her career, equipping and guiding ministry teams with wisdom and compassion. She is deeply committed to helping others find hope and healing through the truth of God's Word. Amy has been married to her husband, Dustin, since 2011, and they have three children—Asher (4), Arlie (1), and Leila, who is with Jesus.
Outside of her work, Amy enjoys attending church with her family, spending time outdoors, baking, and embracing the joy of being a wife and mom. Her life and ministry are marked by a heart to serve and a passion for helping others experience the peace and presence of Christ.
